Curious Milspec Bronze...

I did some research on this FF bronze. Nicolas cited it in his study on bronze cases "Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bronze Milspecs. 14 years of investigation on case numbers"
It appears in Mr. Konrad Knirim's excellent book on military watches
. The attached photos show the movement... And it's obvious that the movement is not the same color as the automatic block. For me, this is not a montage but a Frankenwatch.
The bronze cases are designed for military use (high resistance to magnetism and Milspec engraved back).
They are fitted with the AS 1361 Rayville 570 stop-seconds movement.
Following the failure of its purchase by the military, the unused cases received the "professional" version of the Milspec with AS 1700 movements. Nicolas explained it well in his analysis. Bronzes with FF 3,6,9 dials are windings like those with pre AS 1700 movements.
In summary, the FF bronze presented at this auction is an assembly of an early 60s bronze case mounted with a 1000m dial, AS 2063 movement, Rayville 337 from the 1970s. The movement itself is composed of two elements of different colors, so two different movements...
