Three outside pictures of the Fifty Fathoms Pakistani Milspec.

Certainly one of the most spectacular Fifty Fathoms dial  I have in my small collection of Vintage Blancpain watches.

The uneven patina of the indexes, very warm, deliciously contrasts with the deep black dial.

The moisture indicator is the final firework, as well as the stunning insert.

Under the string summer sun, it literally explodes.

The static shot of this Milspec, lying on a bed of olive leaves, is not bad, either.

A strong summer pleasure.

Best,

Nicolas

I realised that the big case BP can only be truly appreciated when one has it in his/her hands. When I got my first BP FF, I never look back... Beautiful piece and not to mention, the rich history behind every piece. Yours is in an exceptional condition!

I met one which was in even greater condition, will post one day.

But I can't disagree, these vintage FFs have to be handled, to be fully appreciated and understood. Some of the most excitnig watches in my vintage collection. Thanks for your comments, my friend. Nicolas

Milspec fireworks !.. Compelling strength !.. Many stories connected, I guess..

...Milspec is probably the best looking out of all them, The fully graduated bezel, applied name on the dial, and as you say, the moisture indicator. A stunning watch. Looking good. Cheers Tony

Well, there are a few you didn't see, yet... ;)

There is another nice one to find, from the PAF. Omega Railmaster / Seamaster CK 2914.
