I have very similar experience about the magazine.
I got it for a while and now it is gone again.
Blancpain was my first love in the field of haute horology. I wasn't very impressed with FF but that L-Stuff pretty much killed my interest on Blancpain watches. However, I always found Villeret and Leman collections very attractive. Now when I got my new Villeret, I have also ordered a Leman. I should get it in 1-2 months.
Simma Summarum; I find Blancpain a very undervalued brand.

is the design is a bit polarizing. I read the article in the Le Brassus magazine about the development of the movement and BP said that its close to as complex as a perpetual calendar because of the under-lug corrector mechanism. i think its the best part...

Blancpain Complete Calendar is at least as handy as an annual calendar. This is a watch which can be stored in the watch box without a winder. Best, Kari
I don't understand the Mickey Mouse designation.
I'm not a fan of Blancpain but their watches aren't jokes-some are gorgeous and many are well-priced. What is the history of this?
