HELP Jaeger Le-Coultre Chronograph GMT Navy SEALs
Two months I bought one from AD in Houston when I looked at the seals emblem on back it was scratched.
They told me they would have go to factory to get polished.
The box was not the plastic case that I have seen posted for Alarm Navy Seal.
This is my first JLC watch is there a warranty card with watch and what should come in the box.
My best bet may to demand my money back and go else ware any referrals where to go.

I would have refused a watch in this condition. The box of the NSA is not in plastic, so I don't know what you're referring about. If your AD is a JLC AD, he should have received the correct package, though; Can you please post a picture of your NS Chrono...
I think he's confusing the standard NSA with the Incursion...
