Needless to say, I liked the watch on press photos and I still think that after the clouds clear up, in a year or two I might get one so here’s my humble opinion… The dial is very appealing, superb legibility, much better than the Daytona due to the monoc...  

Looking at the pictures, it seems a disproportionate in relation to the 42mm case size.

but wouldn’t this piece look badass on a white rubber Omega strap?

Yes, the links are somewhat 'free-flowing' but note the original bracelet is extremely long, and links are narrow. This is just physics. Of course a short oyster will be tighter. The bracelet end pieces are much better than the previous ones are are reall... 

And probably you’re right on the “better than the previous one”, but to me no matter how we slice it, or attempt to unsee it, it’s not on par with what it should be. It’s definitely flimsy and I seriously doubt, that this bracelet will last three decades ... 

But, have kind of lost interest in it. I abhor the bracelet. I don’t like it from any angle, but, on my wrists, it looks dainty as it tapers…which makes it an ainty 😂 See what I did there? 😂 But, seriously, I hate these newer bracelets, had it on my Speed... 

For some reason I never caught the bug, but two models are interesting. I had really high hope for this one, but now it’s not a must have. And yes, the old style bracelets are superior in my books as well…🥂

In fact their rubber strap are more comfortable than the Daytona oyster flex without the 2 inner lips that will indent my thin and old wrist skin lol… I also see the bracelet is a little less rigidly built than Rolex but it’s still comfortable. It looks b...
