Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Tornek Rayville: A partial eclipse of the case back.

A friend of mine sent me some pictures of a Tornek, and among those, one if the case back partially hidden by the dust cover.

Which gave me the inspiration to take this photo on mine. A partial eclipse of the case back:


The good thing with the Tornek Rayville is that there is always some nice detail to focus on.

Now, to answer you... a/ Yes, all the TR 900s have te same case back. Only a few, though, ave the amagnetic symbol hand engraved on the case back, or on the side of the case back. b/ The early Milspecs came with radium dots. The dials from the mid sixties...

It's funny, although I had the privilege to see & touch your TR's & Milspec(s) that this has been popping up.. Sooo much still to learn, although slowly but steadily I humbly tend to believe, maybe on a bit a higher level .. ;) Thanks again kindly & Best,...
