And they will not likely respond unless you have an existing relationship with a specific SA… because they’re usually inundated with emails.  In your case, if it’s not a piece purchased from them by you, then the boutique will not get involved as a third party in such a transaction (even if you pay shipping, etc.).  I’m saying this based on a similar request I had for the JLC boutique (with which I have a relationship).  But when the manager explained why, it all made sense why they couldn’t help as a matter of policy.

AP might have a different policy, but I’d suggest you call directly to discuss instead of waiting for email response.

Figured it didn’t hurt to try and take one step out of the process. Guess it would need to come to me, then service then back to me. Not a huge deal.
