In YG! I have to confess that I don't know too much about this special, very special FF... But, as I saw it today, I decided to take some pics of it and to share them with you... You're warned, now... Here it is: That's pretty odd to see, and then to know...

Wow....

this YG FF is cool!. Today I´m having a great Ff day... LOL. Probably the most nice tool watch made always, IMO... and in YG is nice too... I generally don´t like gold watches, but this one is a really nice watch, and a true rare bird. Thanks for sharing ...

And this is just the beginning, Emilio

As I took some pics of 4 other splendid and rare FF... To be precise, this is not 18 Cts Gold, but a gold cased ( plaqué? )... Thanks, Hermano. Best, Nicolas

Looks a bit strange to me ....

I'm not really convinced , though the dial looks great. I think it's a shame it's plaqué gold and not pure gold ... . I like red or rose gold watches as dresswatches ... in this case there is missing something ... maybe a black leather strap ? On the othe...

You want to dress it down a bit, Filip?

Well, why not? But, like you, I'm not totally convinced. Best, Nicolas

Like so many of the vintage FF that have been posted for our viewing pleasure in recent times, this one doesn't disappoint in terms of looks. A very attractive watch! I do still find it odd when any tool watch, such as the Fifty Fathoms, is made from a pr...

Agree with you, Daos.

Always odd to see toolwatches made in Gold, but Rolex did it with the Sub, too. And as the Sub is the greatest competitor of the ...Blancpain FF... Besides the choice of the metal, you have all the FF ingredients, ecept maybe the hands, but are they origi...

I didn't think...

The interest is not only esthetical ( or not ), but also historical

I wanted to share the rare bird. After, this is indeed a matter of taste. Best, Ben. Nicolas

For sure

Didn't intend to come across as dismissive. It's definitely an interesting piece, but aesthetically, oh dear! Of course, the same goes for the likes of Submariners in gold...but they don't even have the benefit of historical interest.

Just for comparisons .........
