The concept "exists" for many years. Owners of 1675 GMT and swap bezel color or bracelet, actually own the "changing" watch concept...
I think, its all in the execution. a brilliant solution and the options presented, the easy and compact storing of the spares, everything should part of the package.
The Certina solution is cute, but not thrilling... its more for low budget buyers that needs a change from time to time.
Now give me a kit of Rolex GMT, with 5 bezel colors (Pepsi, coke, black, batman, lefty), oyster and jubilee bracelets, add bracelet and bezel tools, put everything in a smartly organized leather pouch for all, and I'll take it in a heartbeat...

Perhaps their goal is: Why buy another watch, when you can change the look by changing the case. An interesting concept, but it wouldn’t deter me from buying different watches. Now if they somehow invented a way to change the dial color on one watch, now ...

Well some of us do change straps rather often.
Not really convinced by the approach though. A strap is one thing and a case is another.
