Girard Perregaux: Wow, superb!

This one stops me in my tracks. What elegance! And one of those few date implementations I can live with ;-)

Horological Meandering: Thank you for sharing!

I’ve never seen this kind of tool in action, really clever. And I love your photos, reminds me of the mid-20th century technical books I grew up with.

Blancpain: My favorite as well.

Great shot. So classy. Among the many differences, for me it’s the absence of date that takes it to the next level.

Seiko: Impressive!

In more ways than one ;-) Love that strap. An inspired choice.

Horological Meandering: I am having the same reaction

But I love type 20, and overall I think Airain is making handsome watches.

Horological Meandering: Great advice!

My wife started to get into it by way of inheriting a tiffany, and falling for a vintage longines at liberty london. It took some time but eventually she narrowed down her daily, to a blancpain time only. Kind of mirrors my own progression.

Horological Meandering: I noticed that they had a shot of one in Oppenheimer..

Horological Meandering: I have only one watch with a transparent case back….

….and it sits just below the famous El Primero movement, something one would ordinarily be interested in. I look at it never.
